Since our organization’s original founding in 1954, Enhancity quickly identified that certain cleaning agents, cleaning systems, and techniques went against the health of the environment and the natural safety of the communities in which we live and operate. We quickly concluded that “green” cleaning should have a critical role in facilities maintenance, and that using environmentally-conscious cleaners were significantly beneficial to customers, our customers’ clients, and our own cleaning crews. With this recognition, we developed our GreenEarth initiative.
This customized cleaning program utilizes state-of-the-art chemicals and equipment that support a healthier environment and minimize their natural impact. We have aligned our mission with the 3M Corporation and use their certified green products exclusively in our facilities.

We can begin a basic green cleaning program which starts with a holistic diagnosis of your facility and studies each aspect of your property’s systems and operations. We then concentrate on trapping and minimizing particles in the air by mechanically capturing dust and dirt throughout your facility and establishing preventative measures at your entryways and exits. We can perform green vacuuming, extraction, rinsing, and drying to minimize mold growth and excess moisture. A disinfection of key areas follows to minimize bacterial hazards and we can even include recycling programs and touchless water conservation programs throughout your facility.
