NEWS: Enhancity Welcomes Troy Flynn as Vice President of Operations
Troy is an arena management and facility management operations specialist with more than twenty years of experience in the entertainment and sports industry at venues throughout the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Enhancity, he served as the Executive Director and General Manager of the Rockford Area Venues and Entertainment Authority (RAVE), where he managed the BMO Harris Bank Center, Rockford IceHogs, Coronado Performing Arts Center, and Davis Park. Throughout Troy’s vast experience, he surpassed revenue goals and received international recognition for ticket sales and customer service.“It is not often that you find an individual as well-qualified as Troy,” said Brad Weiner, President of Enhancity. “Troy brings to Enhancity exceptional management and procedural experience and is always the hardest worker in the room. Additional leadership activities include leading union negotiations, engineering, and implementation of profit-saving measures, purchase management, and capital projects.
