NEWS: Enhancity Welcomes Troy Flynn as Vice President of Operations
Hillsborough, NJ, August 24, 2020 – Enhancity, an industry leader in comprehensive facility services for more than 50 years, including commercial cleaning, concierge, and building security solutions, is pleased to announce that Troy Flynn has accepted the position of Vice President of Operations. Troy is an arena management and facility management operations specialist with more than twenty years of experience in the entertainment and sports industry at venues throughout the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Enhancity, he served as the Executive Director and General Manager of the Rockford Area Venues and Entertainment Authority (RAVE), where he managed the BMO Harris Bank Center, Rockford IceHogs, Coronado Performing Arts Center, and Davis Park. Throughout Troy’s vast experience, he surpassed revenue goals and received international recognition for ticket sales and customer service.

Previously, Troy served as General Manager for Global Spectrum Europe, as well as the Mullins Center at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and collaborated with the Isenberg School of Management to co-author the textbook, “Sports Principals and Practices.” Prior to joining SMG in 2014, Troy served as Vice President of Operations for Prudential Center in New Jersey, facilitating NHL, NBA, NCAA, and WNBA in-house tenants. Additional leadership activities include leading union negotiations, engineering, and implementation of profit-saving measures, purchase management, and capital projects.
